SpiritPT has the ideal concept for you: Personal Training at home. A space of 3x 3 with a flat surface can be enough to get started and work hard on your goals in yourown familiar environment.

APPROACH | THE PT AT HOME CONCEPT

First of all we visit you to get acquainted. During this introductory meeting we discuss your goals and limitations, and your physical condition. In addition, we check whether the space you have in mind is suitable, and which materials we will bring with us. The schedule and duration of the sessions are adjusted to your availability, after which we do a first session. All you have to do yourself is prepare the room when we have the appointment scheduled. In addition, it is useful to have a bottle of water and a towel ready, your good mood and a playlist with your favorite music.Training at home can be done 1 to 1, just like classic PT, but also with two people, or in small groups.
